Is this just a recruiting service?

No. We start by breaking down what your company actually is and what it needs before we ever talk about who to hire. Most hiring problems aren't recruiting problems — they're clarity problems. We fix those first, then we recruit. If someone wants us to recruit without the clarity, we are the wrong recruiter for them.

Do you find candidates for me?

We build the system and work alongside you through the process to find your next team member — including finding candidates and interviewing. But the goal is that you understand every decision and own the process after we're done. We're not creating dependency. We're eliminating it.

How do I know if we're a good fit?

We work with people who want a partner, not a vendor. That means you're open to honest feedback about your company, you're willing to be involved in the process, and you understand that a good hire takes more than posting a job. If you're looking for someone to just go find bodies, we're not the right fit — and we'll tell you that.

Can you help if I'm replacing a bad hire?
